Career Biography

As a member of Zarwin Baum's Real Estate Department, Ryan Harmon focuses his practice on real estate, commercial finance and other general business matters.

Mr. Harmon's experience includes:

  • representing banks and commercial lending institutions in commercial and other real estate finance transactions, including SWAP, mezzanine and asset-based loan transactions
  • assisting with commercial and real estate loans and drafting loan documents
  • conducting comprehensive lease and title document reviews
  • drafting agreements of sale and other real estate transfer documents
  • facilitating closings for financing, purchase and sale transactions
  • handling the formation of business entities
  • representing clients in Landlord/Tenant and other commercial litigation matters

In addition to the above, Mr. Harmon also has significant experience in estate and trust administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Harmon was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania's "Rising Stars" by Law & Politics/Philadelphia Magazine in 2007,2008, and 2009.

Mr. Harmon is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is actively involved in the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
