James R. Molinari focuses his practice in the Commercial area, having broad experience in real estate development, construction, finance and litigation. Over the last 25 years, he has counseled clients with respect to all aspects of development and construction, including land purchase, financing, zoning, insurance, bonding, property management and sales. In addition, he has participated in and managed multi-million dollar complex commercial litigation.
Jim has served as outside general counsel to a national real estate development firm for the past 20 years and has provided counsel with respect to all aspects of development. He also serves as outside general counsel to other companies that specialize in general construction and site work, providing counsel in all legal matters.
Jim also represents and counsels banks in large commercial lending transactions, along with the preparation of all commercial loan documents.
Over the course of his career, Jim has represented hundreds of individuals and businesses that were investigated and/or charged with criminal offenses, in the State and Federal courts. He has represented clients in all types of criminal matters, including complex white-collar cases, civil and criminal RICO cases, and has represented professionals before the various State Licensing Boards.
Jim is active in the community. He is a Board Member, Executive Committee Member and active retreatant for 39 years at the Malvern Retreat House.

- Represented a developer in closing numerous acquisitions, construction and refinancing loans, totaling over $75,000,000.
- Represented the Seller in the sale of multiple hotels in separate transactions totaling in excess of $50,000,000.
- Represented a construction company in a refinance and business line of credit facility, totaling $3,500,000.
- Represented a developer in closing several construction loans for the development of condominiums in New Jersey.
- Represented Banks in preparation of commercial loan documents for over $25,000,000 in financing.
- Successfully represented individuals in a multi-million dollar insurance fraud case with non-trial resolutions.
- Represented numerous individuals in a multi-million dollar civil RICO case which resulted in a civil settlement with no criminal charges filed.
