Career BiographyPatricia Holden is an associate in our insurance defense group. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. Ms. Holden provides our insurance carrier clients with opinions on insurance coverage matters. As these matters move into litigation, Ms. Holden handles claims both for and against the insurance company client, including declaratory judgment actions, trial and appellate causes. Ms. Holden has had an experienced and varied insurance defense litigation practice. She has had substantial experience in automobile claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, medical professional liability claims as well as toxic tort claims, first party benefit claims and subrogation. Ms. Holden began her career as the Law Secretary to the Honorable J. Gilbert Van Sciver in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division in Burlington County. While attending law school, Ms. Holden worked in the Employee Licensing section of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, investigating the backgrounds and license applications of individuals seeking employment in the casino industry. PersonalIn her free time, Ms. Holden enjoys community service projects as a volunteer for her township’s little league and as an attorney mentor for the Mock Trial team at the local high school. |
