Noah Shapiro

As a shareholder at Zarwin Baum, Noah S. Shapiro is a member of the insurance casualty defense team focusing his practice on dram shop litigation, personal injury defense, catastrophic loss defense, negligent security defense, premises liability defense, professional liability defense, and insurance coverage.

Noah’s primary focus since joining the firm has been the defense of Liquor Liability claims. Noah works closely with Theodore M. Schaer, the team’s chair, in the oversight and defense of these claims. Together they have defended numerous bars, restaurants and taverns faced with significant claims arising out of the service of alcohol. Noah is experienced in all areas of state and federal litigation up to and including trial.

Noah began his career at Zarwin Baum in 2006 as a law clerk while attending Temple Law School. He was hired as an associate in 2007 as a result of his excellent academic record, high quality work product, innate understanding of law, and impressive writing talent.

While attending Temple Law School, Noah earned a position on the dean’s list, was noted for distinguished class performance and outstanding oral argument and was awarded the Hon. Louis C. Bechtle merit scholarship for outstanding academic performance.
