Gary A. Zlotnick

Gary A. Zlotnick practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, business, real estate, and taxation. Gary, both an attorney and CPA, has over 30 years of experience in handling a wide range of business matters, including, but not limited to, merger and acquisitions, contract drafting, commercial real estate transactions, and tax controversies and advice; and estate planning, together with estate and trust administration.

Gary received his B.S. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University.

He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and also a certified public accountant. He has also lectured on estate planning for the National Business Institute.

Gary serves as a volunteer attorney for Lawyers for the Arts. He is a member of the Board of Directors of and legal counsel to the Second Chance Foundation, a charitable organization established to raise funds to provide financial assistance and resources to vital community-based organizations that serve “at-risk” children, young adults, and families in Philadelphia. Gary is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freire Charter School Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds for the Freire Charter School which is located in center city Philadelphia. Gary also serves on the education committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Division. Moreover, Gary is the proud big brother to a terrific fifth grade student at the Russell Byers Charter School.

Estate Establishment of Foundation

Represented a multi-million dollar estate in establishing a tax-exempt foundation that grants scholarships to students who attend Hebrew University of Israel.

Zarwin Baum Attorneys Represent the Owner of Manufacturing Business in Reverse “1031” Transaction

Kenneth J. Fleisher, Gary A. Zlotnick, and Scott Goldstein represent the owner of a large manufacturing complex in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Purchase made in a “Reverse 1031” transaction. Closed a series of loans to the fee owner and the industrial tenant occupant.
