Career Biography

Doris M. Aragon has been an associate at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy P.C. since May 2002. Her practice areas include insurance defense, plaintiff personal injury andcommercial litigation.

Ms. Aragon was admitted to the Bar of the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1998. In 2000 she was admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to working at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy P.C. Ms. Aragon worked at Sills, Cummis, Zuckerman, Radin, Tishman, Epstein & Gross in Newark, New Jersey. Her practice focused on environmental insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Aragon also worked at Bodell, Bove, Grace and Van Horn, P.C. in Philadelphia doing insurance defense litigation as well as mass tort litigation.

In 2006, 2007 and 2008 Ms. Aragon was named a “New Jersey Rising Star” in the New Jersey Monthly.

In August 2008, Ms. Aragon was featured in the New Jersey Monthly “Ask Super Lawyers” section of the publication.

Ms. Aragon attended Rutgers University and graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in English and Psychology. She received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1997.
