Career BiographyAs a member of the insurance defense litigation group at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy PC, Mike Dankanich handles a variety of matters includingpremises liability, professional liability in construction matters including architects and engineers, professional malpractice, construction and products liability. Mr. Dankanich has extensive trial practice in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This includes approximately 20 jury trials and numerous bench trials, arbitrations and mediations. Additionally, Mr. Dankanich graduated from Temple University School of Law where he served as a research editor on Law Review and authored several articles on litigation intervention and right of assembly/freedom of speech in public places. PersonalMr. Dankanich enjoys collecting and repairing mechanical timepieces as well as reading books about Pennsylvania history. He is particularly proud of his three children, Michael, Madison and Maxfield and his wife, Dawn. |
