Career BiographyGary A. DeVito is a shareholder of the Firm and is the head of the Commercial Litigation Department which includes construction and business litigation and representation of professionals in those areas. Mr. DeVito also specializes in Personal Injury Law. Every year from 2005 thru 2009, Mr. DeVito has been selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania “Super Lawyers” as published in Philadelphia Magazine, an honor received by only five percent of the Pennsylvania lawyers each year. He is rated the highest possible rating by Martindale Hubbell, the most recognized resource for lawyers in the country. Mr. DeVito obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and his law degree at Temple University where he graduated with honors.Mr. DeVito is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. DeVito served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, both Civil Division and Commerce Court.
