Gary A. DeVito is the Co-Managing Shareholder of the Firm and leads the Business Practice Group. Gary specializes in commercial litigation and has extensive litigation experience in many commercial areas, including banking, real estate, employment, professional malpractice, corporate governance, partnership disputes, and construction litigation.
From 2005 to the present, Gary has been named a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” as published in Philadelphia Magazine, an honor received by only five percent of the Pennsylvania lawyers each year. He also has the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the most recognized resource for lawyers in the country.
Gary obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Gary serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, both Civil Division and Commerce Court.
Gary is active in the community serving on many business and charitable boards and co-founded a charity for underprivileged children in the area.
