Mary C. Cunnane is an associate in the Zarwin Baum insurance defense group. For more than 25 years, she has practiced primarily in insurance defense with an emphasis on civil litigation. Her specific areas of practice include general civil trial practice, insurance contracts and coverage, fire subrogation, motor vehicle and premises liability. Through the years, Mary has successfully handled jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and hearings. In addition, Mary has served as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, as well as the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has also been selected by attorneys and insurance carriers to serve as an arbitrator.
Mary is a Recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Administrative Law and the Delaware Federal Bar Association Award for Administrative Law. While in law school, Mary was selected as a member of the American Inns of Court-Richard S. Rodney Chapter.
Mary is a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
