Joe Denneler to Speak at the NJ-ALPHI on Inspection Report Writing

Joe Denneler, member of Zarwin, Baum's Professional Liability Defense Practice Group will speak on the topic of 'Inspection Report Writing' at the New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors, Inc. on Tuesday, May 4. Topics will include: making appropriate referrals to other professionals, compliance with statutory and administrative code requirements for inspection reports, using accurate descriptive language, report formats, how to appropriately describe materials defects and other issues.
