Shareholder David Oh Endorsed by FOP

Philadelphia FOP (Fraternal Order of Police) endorsed David Oh for City Council At-Large.  The vote was unanimous.  Only two candidates were endorsed for City Council.  David was the only candidate endorsed for City Council At-Large.
