David Oh designated to serve as an Alternate Director to the Philadelphia Cultural Fund

David Oh, former City Council candidate, has been designated by Councilman Frank Rizzo to serve as an Alternate Director to the Philadelphia Cultural Fund. As an Alternate Director, Mr. Oh will attend Board meetings and exercise all the powers of a Director. The Philadelphia Cultural Fund is a non-profit corporation which provides funding to enhance arts and cultural organizations throughout Philadelphia. This year, the fund will distribute $2.9 million. Since 1993, the fund has distributed over $12.5 Million. David Oh is a shareholder at the law firm of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. where he chairs the International Practice Group and co-chairs the Employment Practice Group.
