Joseph Denneler Upcoming Speaking Engagments

Joseph Denneler, a partner in the Firm's Professional Liability Practice Group, will be lecturing professional home inspectors in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York on Defending Home Inspector Liability Claims and Avoiding Litigation: A Practical Approach to Inspection Report Writing.  These lectures will cover the litigation of home inspector liability claims from claim inception through trial and ways that professional home inspectors can write their reports to reduce claims and to make claims more defensible.
