DeVito & Fleisher Selected to “Super Lawyers” in Business Litigation

Zarwin, Baum shareholders and members of its Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Gary DeVito and Ken Fleisher were selected for inclusion in the 2009 Corporate Counsel edition of Super Lawyer Magazine in the area of business litigation.  Each candidate went through a rigorous screening process including the sending of 39,000 ballots to all active Pennsylvania attorneys licensed to practice for five years or more.  The attorneys were asked to name the best lawyers they had "observed in action."  Each attorney selected was screened through the magazine's staff, Disciplinary Board review and finally further scrutinized by a Blue Ribbon Panel from each specific practice area.
