Joseph Denneler Upcoming Speaking Engagements

Joseph Denneler, a partner in the Firm's Professional Liability Practice Group, will be lecturing professional home inspectors in Nevada and New Jersey on Inspection Report Writing and other legal matters as they relate to the professional home inspector.  These lectures will cover the litigation of home inspector liability claims from claim inception through trial and ways that professional home inspectors can write their reports to reduce claims and to make claims more defensible.
