Underground Gas Storage Reservoirs

On January 30, 2010, Paul M. Schmidt, Co-Chair of the Environmental Practice Group at Zarwin Baum, addressed over 80 citizens in Bedford County, PA.  Mr. Schmidt discussed issue related to underground gas storage reservoirs, including mineral and lease rights, eminent domain, and environmental and health impacts.  Mr. Schmidt represents several groups of residents whose domestic wells, property and health have been impacted by gas wells, and is counsel to a leading public interest organization which focuses on Marcellus Shale gas drilling.
