Zarwin Baum Hosts 3rd Annual Fashion Touchdown, Benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region

November 7, 2016

Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. will host the 3rd annual Zarwin Baum Fashion Touchdown, benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region (BBBS Independence). The philanthropic night of fashion and football kicks off with a VIP pre-party featuring cocktails, light bites and trendy pop-up shops.  For the star-studded main event, current and former Philadelphia Eagles players and their significant others, with hair and makeup by Jason Matthew Salon and manicures by Lacquer Lounge, will walk the runway in a fashion show.  Quintessential womenswear designer Nicole Miller will attend and orchestrate the show, featuring her Fall 2016 collection from Nicole Miller Philadelphia. Miller, whose two Philadelphia flagships are a staple of the city’s fashion scene, is thrilled to participate in this worthy cause.  The Eagles will don custom-made suits from Robbini Bespoke, and accessories from ToBox Shoes and Rock Avenue Bow Ties.  The athletes swapping jerseys and helmets for suits and bow-ties include defensive end Connor Barwin, guard Brandon Brooks, tight end Trey Burton, tight end Brent Celek, backup quarterback Chase Daniel, tight end Zach Ertz, linebacker Najee Goode, safety Chris Maragos, safety Rodney McLeod, placekicker Caleb Sturgis, defensive back Jaylen Watkins and free agent Todd Herremans, the Eagle’s former offensive guard.

For the third year, Zarwin Baum Fashion Touchdown will raise funds for BBBS Independence, whose mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong, professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.  Specifically, proceeds from Zarwin Baum Fashion Touchdown will help fund BBBS Independence youth mentoring programs and initiatives in the Greater Philadelphia region.
