Joe Toddy's Case Published in the New Jersey Jury Verdict Review & Analysis

The New Jersey Jury Verdict Review & Analysis published an article summarizing and analyzing a commercial lawsuit in which Zarwin Baum shareholder, Joe Toddy, secured a victory for his client. Toddy won a legal malpractice trial on behalf of client, Keystone Freight Corp. Toddy, co-chair of Zarwin Baum's employment practice and casualty defense department, who concentrates his practice in the areas of Professional Liability and Discrimination Claims, stated this was a long drawn out battle that began in 2010 and that his client feels rightfully vindicated that the employment firm failed to properly represent its interest.
