Zarwin, Baum and Good Government PAC hosted a fundraiser on April 7 for public servant, State Representative Jewell Williams.  Jewell is the Chairman of the Philadelphia Delegation of Legislatures and is also Chief Deputy Whip and Subcommittee Chairman on the First Class Cities in the Urban Affairs Committee.
