Zarwin Baum Celebrates 50 Years

In 1960, Harris Baum was a young lawyer looking to share office space and saw an ad where lawyers Norman Zarwin and Lionel Prince had a vacancy at the Land Title Building at Broad and Sansom streets. A half century later, the trio celebrated the 50th anniversary of their law firm, now called Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, at a Thursday evening party at the firm’s 1818 Market St. offices attended by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.
