Attorney Spotlight: James Molinari

James R. Molinari joined the firm in August 2017. For over twenty-five years, Jim has represented developers and contractors in connection with all facets of real estate development and construction, including office buildings, hotels, bank buildings and condominiums. In addition, he has counseled contractors on numerous public works projects including the construction of schools and municipal complexes. Jim also represents financial institutions in connection with the preparation of commercial loan documents for acquisition, construction, and permanent financing facilities. He has participated in and managed multi-million dollar complex commercial litigation.

Over the course of his career, he has also represented individuals and businesses that were investigated and/or charged with criminal offenses in the State in Federal Courts.

Jim currently is a Board and Executive Committee member of the Malvern Retreat House. He is an owner of thoroughbred race horses and active in the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association.
