Kevin Ellis is a diligent litigation problem solver. Kevin thrives on knowing his cases front to back and identifying the issues at the heart of the case to properly focus his time and resources to appropriately resolve his cases.
Kevin Ellis is an associate attorney in Zarwin Baum’s Insurance Defense Group. Kevin has experience in practicing throughout the state of Pennsylvania, including representing individuals, small businesses, and multinational companies in matters involving general negligence, premises liability, professional liability, assault/battery, automobile negligence, and vicarious liability for both defendants and plaintiffs. Kevin handles litigation at all stages, including from initial intake through pleadings and discovery to settlement/resolution, including arbitrations.
Kevin graduated with his J.D. from the Temple University Law School Evening Division in 2021. Prior to law school, Kevin got his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Kevin has started to become active in the Philadelphia defense bar and local bar associations. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending his time playing ultimate frisbee and playing guitar.
