Chanté N. DePersia

Chanté obtained her B.A. at Seton Hall University and worked as an accountant for various Philadelphia and New York City-based companies and managed hundreds of diverse, international accounts. In this role, Chanté was responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and advising clients on tax planning and compliance.  Chanté also worked closely with attorneys to ensure that all financial transactions complied with relevant laws and regulations.

After earning a law degree from Rutgers Law School, Chanté began practicing law, bringing a unique perspective to each case.  As an attorney, Chanté has represented clients in a wide range of matters and claims. Chanté’s extensive experience in accounting has also proved invaluable in complex transactions, financial disputes, and case valuation.

Driven by her commitment to professional growth and a desire to expand her legal expertise, Chanté shifted her focus to insurance defense law.  This transition allowed her to apply her analytical skills and legal acumen to protect the interests of insurance companies and their policyholders in litigation matters.

Throughout her career, Chanté has demonstrated exceptional communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and other parties.  Her ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner has helped her effectively advocate for her clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom.
