Chelsea P. Jasnoff is a Shareholder in Zarwin Baum’s Business Practice Group and focuses her practice on all areas of commercial litigation. Chelsea is tenacious, passionate and a creative litigator and problem solver. She is not afraid of a challenging case — in fact, she thrives on challenge.
Chelsea is a quick learner and enjoys learning about the details of each of her clients’ unique businesses. While Chelsea has a knack for “getting into the weeds” on even her most complicated cases, she is also skilled in analyzing the big picture. With these unique perspectives, Chelsea is always prepared to take a case through motion practice and trial if need be, but is also able to resolve cases before that point in a cost-effective and practical manner where the circumstances call for it.
Chelsea not only excels at, but enjoys, persuasive writing and oral advocacy. Further, Chelsea’s empathy and compassion means that she treats each case with the level of attention and care as she would if it were her own personal matter.

Chelsea has co-authored several briefs in the New Jersey Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court . Additionally, she has successfully opposed and argued motions to quash subpoenas in hotly contested litigation in New Jersey State Court
