Jian has been especially successful with employment-based immigrant visa petitions, such as EB-1 Individual with Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, & Multinational Managers or Executives; EB-2 Professionals holding Advanced Degrees or with Exceptional Ability under National Interest Waiver or PERM categories; and EB-3 Professionals holding college degrees in specialized fields, Skilled Workers or Unskilled Workers, and Other employment-based immigrant petition categories.
