Jordan A. Gerrity

Jordan graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2013, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2016. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New jersey.

Prior to joining Zarwin Baum, Jordan gained extensive court-room and litigation experience through years of first and second chair trial work, developing strong advocacy, case strategy and litigation skills in high- pressure matters. Jordan spent seven years practicing as a criminal defense attorney, where she tried a litany of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, giving her invaluable courtroom and trial experience in handling high-stakes matters.

Since transitioning to insurance defense, Jordan continued to develop her trial and litigation experience through gaining invaluable second chair trial experience assisting with trial strategy, witness preparation, evidentiary issues and courtroom advocacy. Her hands on trial experience and client based practice informs her approach to achieving favorable results for her clients.
