Ken Fleisher is a Director at Zarwin Baum and serves as chair of the Firm’s Real Estate and Financial Services Departments. Ken was the chair of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2006 and frequently teaches legal education courses on real estate and real estate litigation issues. Ken has written numerous articles published in professional journals and magazines.
In every year since 2005, Ken has been named a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” as published in Philadelphia Magazine, an honor received by only 5% of Pennsylvania lawyers each year. Ken has also been named Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer in Real Estate.
In honor of his legal services to the Philadelphia community, Ken received the 2008 Pro Bono Publico Award from the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He was president of the Golden Slipper Club and Charities in 1998-1999 and is a permanent member of the Board of Governors of the Club and the Golden Slipper Center for Seniors.
