Minal Acharya is an associate in Zarwin Baum’s Casualty and Liability Defense Practice Group. She is a fierce and enthusiastic litigator who primarily focuses her practice on civil defense matters and has a track record of successfully defending her clients on a variety of matters.
Minal Acharya graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Political Science and Public Policy. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, she interned at Jacksonville Legal Aid, researching immigration and eviction issues. Upon graduating, Ms. Acharya successfully settled and tried matters regarding underinsured/uninsured claims.
