Scott Zlotnick

As an associate in Zarwin Baum’s personal injury practice, Scott Zlotnick has assisted clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle, premises liability, negligent security/supervision and sexual abuse.  Scott has represented clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.  As a result of his diligence, Scott’s clients have achieved favorable results on a consistent basis.

While at Villanova, Scott was a member of both the Moot Court Board and National Trial Team.  As a member of the Moot Court Board during the 2018-2019 academic year, Scott and his partner won the 59th Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition and Scott was named the Best Oralist of the competition.  Additionally, Scott served as legal extern for Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic, where he assisted clients in a variety of matters.  During law school, Scott worked as a law clerk at Zarwin Baum. Scott was also recognized by Thomson Reuters as a 2024 Pennsylvania Rising Star.
