Mr. Rubin primarily handles banking and real estate matters, including residential and commercial sales, loan documentation, acquisitions, leasing and financing, representing sellers, purchasers, lenders, landlords and tenants.
He has particular expertise in the creation, sale and purchase of condominiums, having represented developers in the conversion of properties to condominium form of ownership, as well as numerous condominium associations. Mr. Rubin also has extensive experience in representing business owners in the connection with refinance of their properties, as well as in estate administration to facilitate loan closings and settlements. Additionally, Rubin handles numerous commercial leasing matters on behalf of national landlords and tenants for shopping centers, office buildings and industrial facilities.
