Zarwin Baum Welcomes Donna Urban to the Business Practice Group

Zarwin Baum is pleased to welcome Donna T. Urban as a Shareholder in the Business Practice Group led by Director, Gary DeVito.
Donna T. Urban joins Zarwin Baum with over 25 years of experience as a commercial litigator, concentrating her practice on complex litigation of all types of business issues in both federal and state courts, including contract disputes, regulatory matters, and complex negotiations. She specializes in telecommunications law, handling cutting-edge issues involving inter-carrier rate disputes and other matters of first impression involving charges among telecommunications providers. Donna has extensive experience in a wide variety of other substantive commercial areas, such as disputes among owners of closely-held businesses, data privacy and security, environmental regulation and litigation, and insurance coverage claims.

When Donna is not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the shore, indoor and outdoor cycling, and watching her sons play ice hockey. Her eldest is following in her footsteps and is currently in his third year of law school.
