Zarwin Baum Welcomes Attorney Mark J. Hermanovich to the Personal Injury Group

Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer & Toddy P.C. has announced the addition of associate attorney Mark J. Hermanovich to the firm’s personal injury group, representing plaintiffs in accidents resulting from construction, defective products, nursing home abuse and neglect, and toxic torts, along with medical, dental and legal malpractice claims, and motor vehicle and work-related accidents.

Prior to joining Zarwin Baum, Hermanovich specialized in the defense of health systems, hospitals, physicians, nurses, dentists and other healthcare providers in professional liability matters, licensing disputes, staff privilege issues, state investigations and related insurance concerns. Hermanovich is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Hermanovich earned a BA in Political Science from Villanova University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. While at Widener, Mark was employed as a legal intern in the Criminal Prosecutions department of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

The firm recently welcomed attorney Lanni Klein to the firm’s casualty defense team, specializing in the representation of corporate entities and individuals in commercial transportation, workers’ compensation, and premises liability litigation matters; and attorney Bryan P. Werley who’s area of practice is complex litigation, primarily defending Zarwin Baum clients in trucking, mass transit, products liability and premises liability matters.
