The defendant made a sudden and illegal left-hand turn into the path of  the plaintiff’s vehicle, causing a violent collision, spinning the defendant’s car 360 degrees and rolling it over. Both vehicles were disabled at the scene and the plaintiff was transferred to the hospital by ambulance. The plaintiff suffered a displaced fracture to her arm as well as significant nerve damage that required multiple surgeries.
