Joe Toddy Speaks at The Institutes Brandywine Valley CPCU Society Chapter Meeting

On Tuesday, December 12th, Joe Toddy, the Co-Chair of Zarwin Baum’s Casualty Defense Department, spoke at The Institutes ® Brandywine Valley CPCU Society’s December chapter meeting. Toddy discussed the growing sexual misconduct claim epidemic through an analysis of the Harvey Weinstein case as well as other notable Hollywood personalities, news media and politicians. Toddy also discussed the affect of these allegations on CGL, EPL, PL, and D+O insurance policies. Finally, Toddy discussed court and legislative actions that have led to an expansion of the statute of limitations in other areas that might apply to the above insurance.
