Counsel to leading multi-unit residential owner and manager in joint venture acquisition, financing and refinancing of more than $150 million of property along the East Coast.

Represent two leading Philadelphia metropolitan area developers, owners and managers of commercial and retail projects in acquisitions, sales, leasing, creation of condominiums, negotiation of construction contracts and financing of numerous properties, totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet in lease space available.

Counsel to seven banks in preparation and negotiation of complex loan documents for over $100 million in financing for construction, acquisition, leasing and development of commercial, retail (shopping center and regional mall), industrial and residential property, as well as asset-based financing including inventory, receivables, automobiles and helicopters.

Represented major trucking parts company in acquisition, leasing and related financing of approximately 20 locations along the East Coast.

Represent commercial and retail banks as they expand throughout the City of Philadelphia.

Obtain a 20% reduction in real estate tax assessment for an apartment complex located in Berks County, PA, where the owner had acquired then developed the complex as condo units. Due to the downturn of the economy, most of the units could not be sold and were retained by the owner/developer. Successfully reduced taxes on each unit in excess of 20%.

Represent apartment building owners to acquire apartment complexes and counsel in related utility issues.
