Obtain a 20% reduction in real estate tax assessment for an apartment complex located in Berks County, PA, where the owner had acquired then developed the complex as condo units. Due to the downturn of the economy, most of the units could not be sold and were retained by the owner/developer. Successfully reduced taxes on each unit in excess of 20%.
